WORK EXPERIENCE

Teaching Assistant. Spring semester, 2017. Instructor: Adam Savje. Course: Stop Motion 2.

Took on the role of assistant director along with one other TA in the class. The class was structured like an animation studio, with students broken up into separate departments. We assisted in overseeing departments, making sure everything was on track and doing hands-on work when necessary. We also worked with the course instructor on creative decisions, budget, and purchasing supplies and equipment needed for the course.

Teaching Assistant. Fall semester, 2016. Instructor: K8 Howl. Course: Digital Toolbox 1.

Worked with the course instructor to help students learn the basics of multiple digital animation and video editing programs and multiple digital animation techniques. Assisted with tech demos, lead discussions in critique, and during in class work time I assisted students with questions about the assignment or the program they were using.
